Coverage period
The warranty runs for 10 years from initial delivery and is limited to the original purchaser.
Examples of covered defects
Published coverage includes loose, broken or protruding coils/wires and qualifying sagging or body impressions of 1 inch or greater when support requirements are met.
Important exclusions
Aviya says normal impressions of 1 inch or less and comfort or firmness preference are excluded. Proper foundation/frame support conditions also matter.
Replacement and transport
Aviya says it will replace a defective item during the coverage period, while transportation costs to and from its factory may remain the customer's responsibility.
