The trial window

Aviya states that returns and exchanges must be made within the 100-night trial period.

Two-week adjustment request

The company asks customers to sleep on the mattress for at least two weeks before initiating a return so the body has time to adjust.

Published return costs

Aviya's FAQ says there are no restocking fees, return delivery fees or extra charges to process a return during the trial. Verify the policy at purchase because terms can change.

Exchange option

If the mattress feels too soft or firm, Aviya suggests considering a comfort-level exchange. Review the three firmness choices first.
